En ce moment par exemple, en France, nous vivons une situation où en dépit de l’écrasement militaire de Daech, il y a tous les deux mois un attentat ou une tentative d’attentat se réclamant du califat mené avec plus ou moins de moyens, donc il y a une sorte de routine terroriste qui s’installe.
